Snopes CEO was arrested on fraud and corruption charges last year!

June 26, 2016

Good morning folks. First of all Cry and Howl is now available to the public (for what that’s worth).

Okay,  how many of us have gone to Snopes.com to fact check something? I have a couple of times, mainly out of curiosity. It took only once to raise my suspicions about left-leaning bias. After a couple of times there was no denying (in my mind) that the folks running the joint were covering for Obama and other far-left entities. The exceedingly long explanations on scandals and allegations of corruption within the Obama administration and corrupt people such as team Clinton (Bill & Hillary), finally arriving at “false” or “mostly false” are the hall-marks of the phony rag.

And now, the evidence of the fact that Snopes.com has been ‘debunked’ as an upstanding, non-biased source for the facts.  Actually this story is older than I originally thought …

Snopes.com CEO Arrested on Charges of Fraud and Corruption”

LOS ANGELES, CA – Snopes.com owners Barbara and David Mikkelson were detained by police today after an unrelated investigation of a Snopes.com editor lead police onto a paper trail of corruption, bribery, and fraud at the very heart of the fact-checking organization.

Evidence obtained by police has revealed that Snopes.com, which markets itself as “the definitive Internet reference source for urban legends, folklore, myths, rumors, and misinformation,” has a history of accepting money and favors from left-leaning and pro-Islamic political groups and individuals for helping them to advance their cause by rigging public discourse with selective fact-finding and deliberate manipulation of public opinion.

LOL That was a fun satire!

Bob Parks over at black-and-right.com did an article on Snopes several years ago. I have just as much credibility as the couple at Snopes do. So do you. http://www.black-and-right.com/2008/11/09/beware-snopes-com/ Maybe you and I should start adding “the Internet’s definitive unbiased source for truth” as our blog taglines?

    *hugs*

Reblogged this on Serve Him in the Waiting and commented:
People will continue to rely on Snopes for “the truth”. I’ve been telling people about this bias for years. It needs to be broadcast far and wide.

It’s getting to the point now where it is best to “Believe Nothing and Trust No One” (Except Jesus of course.). Anything Lame Stream is corrupted to the point where there is no longer one faithful because all have gone their own way and serve whichever master will give them the most money, the highest ranking or the best exposure. If there is any integrity to be had in Media then it is up to us independent bloggers to take the reins and make the assurances. But there are wolves even in our ranks and so one must take great care when reading anything anywhere. But it is our duty as independents to defend the bastions of truth and integrity. We can do this — all of us — together — just like you have been doing for so many years now.

Not amused. My take on these so called “Gods of truth” is not “satire”, nor is this link the first time I have called then into question.

You should actually read the story before sharing it.

From the actual source you linked:
“EDITORS NOTE: This political satire column originally appeared in the Peoples Cube. The author is the Kommissar of Viral Infections with additional reporting by Red Square.”
