Dr. Benjamin Carson at The National Day of Prayer

February 23, 2013

My blogging friend Christine over at Talk Wisdom   (be sure to visit her quality blog site) called my attention to this video of Dr. Benjamin Carson’s speech at the National Day of Prayer last week. The video is a little less than 30 minutes and well worth the viewing. This guy is the opposite of everything Barack Obama is.

He compares the United States with the Roman Empire early in the speech. Nothing could compare militarily with Roman power … but Rome was defeated from within via moral decay and fiscal irresponsibility …

This speech is the best I’ve ever heard covering hope, working one’s way out of poverty, education, individual responsibility and the greatness of America.

Watch and listen …

Thanks for re-posting this video Steve! Just the fact that this man, Dr. Ben Carson, had the courage to speak up and show himself as full of honesty, integrity, American values, morality, intelligence and non-elitism is so exciting and refreshing! Dr. Carson is the polar opposite of Obummer – and he made the national news with his excellent, encouraging, articulate and polititely damaging speech against the divider-in-chief was enough to make me believe that there are leaders who can radiate genuine hope for the future of our beloved nation once this American-hating creep known as BHO is out of office!

I notice the video several days ago and just didn’t take the time to watch it. Thank you for pointing it out to me.

He was interviewed recently and said he is going to retire
from his surgery career but would be active in other
areas. Many are calling for him as presidential candidate.

“He didn’t say’ yes,’ he didn’t say ‘no,’ ” as the song lyrics go.

We also had two other top contenders who never made any
nation-wide speeches, so very few of us knew about them.

Dr. Laurie Roth, and Tom McLearan, (may have spelled that wrong,
but he is one of the plaintiffs now in a law suit along with
    Dr. Orly and others).

He is a veteran. She is a radio hostess.

Both of them had some healing-the-nation agendas,
    but no money for campaigning.

He seems to be a highly intelligent, quality man with good, moral ideas that could really help this nation. I’d vote for him in a second.

    It was Thomas Gregory MacLeran
    in Grinol vs. Obama case.

    Obama defaulted in that case.

if you want to read about it:

The point of my post is that along with
    Dr. Carson’s splendid background and
integrity, there were two other Americans
who earlier on could have done wonders
for this country, but were handicapped by
    monetary needs.

I have always thought that what is needed
    is a normal-everyday-American who is
not a politician but who is savvy and
intelligent enough to lead this country
in the way that patriots would approve.

Right now the Petition to Congress has
    over 28,000 signatures, and comments
that, if Obama were reading them, he would
    run for his life…lol

This man is impressive both in his education and his ability to articulate common sense principles in a speech right in front of the man that is the wrecking ball of this Country.
We need many more people like him.
Don’t be surprised when the thugs launch the IRS to audit his tax returns for the last twenty years.
Herman Cain was destroyed, Allen West was denied his re-election, Clarence Thomas was denigrated.
And we are called racist because we disagree with the ideology of the POTUS who happens to be mulatto, or so he says.

Yes, Obama was re-elected but it is now up to the congress to barricade the Country against any further damage while suspending any egregious policies coming down the pike.

Common sense will prevail but the timing of it’s effect concerns me.
