Obama won’t negotiate debt ceiling … the spending is Congress’ fault

When we review the most arrogant statement of the year for 2013, Barack Obama starts the year off with one that’s going to be hard to beat:
Regarding raising the debt ceiling …
“While I will negotiate over many things, I will not have another debate with this Congress over whether or not they should pay the bills that they’ve already racked up through the laws that they passed.”

Reblogged this on Gds44's Blog.
I think that Boehners time is limited as Speaker.
There is a movement brewing in the House to replace him, possibly with Eric Canter.
I really enjoy reading your posts Steve, but lately, Liming has dominated your comment section to the point that it has becoming irritating to me.
If I want to hear the liberal ideology on these subjects, I will visit a liberal site.
I may take a hiatus from commenting for awhile, nothing personal.
You’re right AFVET. I’ve been more than patient with John and it seems he’s gotten worse. I visited his site this morning and read where he wrote: I had a conversation with what I consider to be a really far-out right wing conservative the other day and he informed me that we no longer live in a free country.
Now I’m a reasonable man, at least I try to be, but when people make out and out false statements and then proceed to demonstrate how intelligent they are using far-left mindless drivel to “debunk” something that wasn’t said to begin with … well my patience does have it’s limitations. John does not allow commenting on his blog because he says he gets so many he can’t respond to them all … rrriigghhtt.
Anyway, I’m going to fix the problem in just a few minutes.
This is your blog Steve, and it’s a good one.
I have noted some frustration among some of your other readers who also comment.
He may end up driving folks away from commenting here.
Thank you AFVet. I believe I’ve shown enough patience with our liberal friend as far as providing him with facts and common sense reasoning … yet his replies are getting more bizarre by the day. So, enough is enough. Truthfully though I really felt we, all of us here, put forth excellent arguments for liberals to consider … but instead of breaking through the fog, the lunacy from the left simply increased.
